Stone Hill Rabbitry Purchasing Guidelines
- 1. We obtain the first right of refusal or can terminate a sales arrangement at anytime during the sales process if we determine it necessary.
- 2. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to hold any rabbit(s) and all money MUST be received before the rabbit(s) leave our possession.
- 3. All rabbit(s) are guaranteed free of disease at the time of sale.
- 4. All rabbit(s) are guaranteed not to have any disqualifications unless noted at the time of sale.
- 5. We hold no responsibility for the rabbit(s) after they leave our possession.
- 6. All pet rabbit(s) are guarenteed to be 6 weeks or older. Pet quality rabbits will not be given a pedigree.
- 7. No cash refunds available but we will replace purchased rabbit with another rabbit of equal value ( as determined by Stone Hill Rabbitry) however any replacement request must be requested within 36 hours of purchase and replaced as quickly as possible. Rabbits purchased through a third party that wasn't purchased from our farm will not be replaced or traded for any reason. Rabbits will not be replaced due to neglect. Rabbits that die beyond the 36 hour window will not be replaced unless the condition or cause of death can be verified. There will be absolutely no replacements for pet quality rabbits.
- 8. All rabbit(s) sold will hold the prefix of "Stone Hill" or "SH" before their name/ear number on all pedigrees.
- 9. We no longer sell bred brood does unless previous arrangements have been made. If so, all babies born out of does we sell bred will hold the prefix of "Stone Hill" or "SH" before their name/ear number on all pedigrees.
- 10. Money orders or cash are the preferred method of payment. We do accept Paypal and buyers will pay a 5% fee required to use this service. No Checks, unless prior approval. Checks may be an approved method of payment at show when we meet to transfer rabbits.
- 11. Should a rabbit be shipped it will be checked out by a vet and will have a health certificate. Should there be complications in flight/shipping and the buyer chooses not to accept the rabbit(s) and want it replaced the buyer will assume any additional shipping cost .
- 12. All sales are final once transaction is completed.
